Pre-Launch and Pilot Terms
These public terms do not replace the written agreement required for a paid controlled pilot.
Product status
LeadStrike is still in development. Google-connected functionality is limited to controlled testing with specifically approved test accounts and is not an unrestricted public production service.
Expression of interest
Sending an interest email does not create a customer relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve access, establish pricing, or authorize access to any account or data.
Paid controlled pilots
Any paid pilot requires separate onboarding and a written agreement covering deliverables, testing limitations, price, cancellation and refunds, data access, confidentiality, lawful email processing, AI limitations, security responsibilities, termination, and deletion. Payment applies only to the services expressly described in that agreement.
No guarantees
LeadStrike does not guarantee that every lead will be detected, qualified, contacted, or booked. AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and requires customer oversight.
Google status
LeadStrike is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google and has not been approved or verified by Google.

The studio-wide Terms & Conditions govern general use of this website. Pilot agreements and product service terms require attorney review.
