LeadStrike

Turn incoming leads into qualified appointments. Automatically.

LeadStrike helps controlled test users organize incoming leads, identify what a prospect needs, follow up for missing information, and move qualified prospects toward a booked appointment. Broader public access is not yet available.

LeadStrike is still in development. Google-connected functionality currently operates only in controlled testing with specifically approved test accounts. This public page collects design-partner interest and does not itself request Google permissions.

LeadStrike is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Explore the workflow

The lead-response problem

Every unanswered lead gets colder.

New inquiries arrive while teams are serving customers, finishing work, or off the clock. The details needed to qualify them are often incomplete.

LeadStrike is designed to reduce that manual gap: it keeps approved lead conversations moving, gathers the information your team needs, and offers appropriate appointment times without pretending judgment can be fully automated.

How LeadStrike works

From inbox to a time that works.

The planned workflow is built around customer-selected sources, customer-defined criteria, and human escalation.

01

Lead intake

In controlled testing, organizes new inquiries from a lead inbox the test user authorizes.

02

Qualification

Identifies a prospect’s stated needs against criteria configured for the test workflow.

03

Automated follow-up

Requests missing information using approved messaging and defined escalation rules.

04

Calendar availability and booking

Checks authorized calendar availability and creates appointment events in the controlled test workflow.

Visibility and control

Automation your team can see.

Dashboard visibility

Review lead status, missing details, follow-up state, and scheduled outcomes in one place.

Customer controls

Choose connected sources, qualification inputs, booking windows, messaging boundaries, and when a person takes over.

Demonstration uses fictional data and dedicated test accounts. LeadStrike is in development. Google-connected functionality is limited to controlled testing with specifically approved test accounts and is not available as an unrestricted public service. No customer inbox or calendar data is shown. LeadStrike is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google and has not been approved or verified by Google.

Ideal customers

Built for service teams where follow-up matters.

LeadStrike is best suited to teams receiving a steady flow of email-based inquiries that require a few details before an appointment makes sense.

Trust and privacy

Clear boundaries for connected data.

Design-partner interest

Help shape the workflow.

Tell us enough to understand your lead process. This is an expression of interest, not unrestricted product access or a promise of acceptance. Any paid design-partner pilot requires separate written scope, pricing, data disclosures, and approved test access. Continuing opens an email draft for you to review.

Nothing is sent automatically. Review the draft in your email app before sending.
