Controlled-Pilot Privacy Notice

Current status

LeadStrike is not offered as an unrestricted public Google-connected product. Google-connected functionality is limited to controlled development testing with specifically approved test accounts. The public marketing website does not itself request Google permissions.

Interest information

The interest form asks for business contact and workflow information. It opens a draft in the visitor’s email application and does not submit or store the form on this website. Nothing is shared unless the visitor sends the email to hello@iridessa.studio.

Google data in controlled testing

When an approved test user authorizes LeadStrike, it may read selected lead email messages and metadata, send follow-up email, check calendar availability, and create appointment events for the configured workflow. Access is limited to permissions granted by that user.

Before connection, each participant must receive a complete written disclosure of the exact OAuth scopes, stored data, retention and deletion periods, AI processing, subprocessors, and support process.

Google API Limited Use

LeadStrike’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google-derived data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train a generalized or shared AI model.

Revocation and deletion

Approved test users can revoke LeadStrike through their Google Account’s third-party connections controls and may request deletion at hello@iridessa.studio. Revocation stops future API access but does not itself delete information already stored by LeadStrike.

The written pilot disclosure must state the identity-check process, deletion timeline, backup retention, and any legal-retention exceptions before real customer data is connected.

Website privacy

The studio-wide Privacy Policy applies to general use of the Iridessa Studios website.
